Meet our Chair, Dr. Cristy Page
Cristen P. Page, MD, MPH, is the William B. Aycock Distinguished Professor and Chair of the Department of Family Medicine. A nationally recognized innovator, clinician and educator, Dr. Page is leading the department through a time of great growth and change.
An advocate for under-served and rural care, Dr. Page has developed pivotal programs to educate the next generation of family medicine physicians. She played a key role in the redesign of the UNC Family Medicine Center — which is now a highly functional, national model for primary care—and continues to advocate for constant innovation and improvement.
