COVID-19 Testing
*Now Offering Rapid COVID-19 Testing*
UNC Urgent Care now has COVID-19 diagnostic testing available, including rapid testing. Testing requires a provider evaluation and generally is appropriate for individuals who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. Our providers will determine if COVID testing is right for you. The COVID-19 diagnostic tests check for a current infection by detecting the genetic material of the virus in respiratory secretions. Separate billing applies.
If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms you can visit one of our Johnston County UNC Urgent Care locations.
*At this time, UNC Urgent Care does not offer COVID-19 antibody testing (which indicates whether the patient has been infected in the past).*
